Wow A Whole Week and NO Journal Mood
Tuesday, May 20, 2008 | A Positive story

Usually after being gone for a week from DS, the next journal is about relapsing into CG again, But.....

Can you say busy??

Can you say lazy??

I haven't written a journal entry since this time last week. I have been busy searching for jobs and taking days off. I took off Friday and Monday. I don't think I accomplished anything on the job front, except for emailing a couple people and looking.

I really didn't want to work and I have some days, so Friday and Monday sounded good.

I didn't really care that I was out on those days at the end of school. My principal and school don't care for me, so I don't feel so bad about it.

When I was at school last Wed. and Thurs. All they had me do was fill in for Subs who were missing. I actually did get to teach some history on Wednesday, but I left Biology, Anatomy and Chemistry alone on Thursday.  I have today and tomorrow and I'm done for the year.

I will be driving to Indiana on Thursday morning for a wedding. I'll be in Indiana until Sunday night. anyone wants to see me, Come to South Bend, I'll be there for a limited engagement.

(sorry, sad little pun there.)

I'm writing more and skipping from book to short story to screenplay and trying to keep it all fresh.

I have to give back my laptop tomorrow, so I expect that I'll write some more today and tomorrow.

Hope that everyone is doing well,

Light up the darkness for yourself and for those who are looking for the faintest light,

Chris

It's really great to see that you are doing so good. You are an inspiration for those of us that have been struggling. Breeze through these last two days and you are set. By this time next year maybe you will have a job that you will actually miss during summer. I have such a great admiration for teachers- you make the world a much better place for us and our children- as a mother I will be eternally grateful that there are people like you to encourage our kids. Have a wonderful day:)

Indiana should be starting to be pretty right about now. May, June, Sept., Oct. are the nicest months there. (I grew up in Indiana.) Have a great trip...hope you find something really good in the job search....hugs, Dianne
