I began gambling on football games and occansionally visiting casinos. I stopped gambling with my bookie when I lost thousands of dollars and couldn't pay it all. I moved onto online gambling off-shore. I stopped going to casinos because the online site (I don't know if I can name it or not) offered casino gambling also. I have run my finances into the ground and I am extremely burdened by debt. My wife knows now, but I still struggle and getting my finances back in order is very rough.
I was 225 lbs. 5 years ago. It was a very healthy weight for me since I am broad shouldered and have a fullback or linebacker's body. I started gambling and stopped exercising. I need to find a diet that helps with my blood sugar problems (diabetes is all on my mother's side) and slow metabolism.
