An update here to say I have managed to keep pain at bay with all my usual therapies. I notice that when I get stressed or tried, the spams start to ramp up. I am now more aware of that and being to find ways to relax. Progress!
Consumerism just gets easier and easier as money seems to dry up faster than water on a hot pavement! If it isn't going into the gas tank, it is going into to groceries. We don't eat extravagantly. We do live a bit outside a major urban area, so the transportation costs added to the food makes things more expensive. 2008 will certainly have it's own memorable features!
