Our Valentine's Day was great!  We each had so much fun shopping and preparing our surprises for each other.   I had a blast preparing special gifts and a very special time for my beloved.

I think I have the world's most romantic husband on the face of the planet... sigh...

Valentine's morning we each made the other one wait in another room as we prepared our sweet presentations.  When I walked out into our living room Geomar had his presentation setup on our love seat.  There were three cute signs with steps to follow laying on top of each section with white tissue paper under everything.

Here's the first step, which included instructions to click on the media center button.

The remote for our Media Center was under this clue and the following card was under the remote.  I was told not to read the card until the music started to play.

Here's the card:

The card has all the lyrics to the Moody Blues song "Nights in White Satin".  It was an amazing experience to read the card, hear the song and look up and see the love in my beloved's eyes and face!

The card says "If there were nothing else but our love for each other..."  On the inside of the card "...We would still have all we need" and it plays "Unchained Melody" by the Righteous Brothers.  By this time tears of joy were falling from my eyes as I opened the large white package beneath the card.  In it were silky satin sheets for our bed and a large chocolate bar with a red label that said "I love you".

The third Step said "Finally, open the third card and open what's left to have your night "Wearing White Satin!" :

And underneath it were two jewelry boxes with a beautiful pearl necklace and a set of pearl stud earrings.  

 Then in the evening he took me out to a very special restaurant that's located on the river for a romantic dinner.

I have such a dear sweet husband who is not only my lover, but is my best friend.  Actually every day we have together is a special day to grow and learn about life and each other.  I never want to take a moment of it for granted; life is too short.
