We had a great weekend. A couple we've known for over 16 years came and spent the weekend in town with us.
The weather for the most part was beautiful with showers here and there, but warm and blue skies between.
On Friday Geomar took out for dinner and we walked home along the river and everything was in bloom and beautiful to see and smell. I sure love walking with my sweetie pie in the early evening.
We went out to eat with our friends Saturday to our favorite Japanese place and had them over to our place for breakfast this morning. My hubby makes a mean Swiss Cheese omelette! This couple are dear old friends of ours and will be celebrating their 23rd wedding anniversary this coming week, so it was wonderful to get to spend time with them.
This past week Geomar and I have begun reading the book "How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci" by Michael J. Gelb. my hubby read it a few years ago, but now we're each reading it. The book is a real mind blowing book one is challanging.
