WinkI ran today.  No knee pain!  I literally went "Ahhhhhhhhhh!"

 

I feel soooooo much better!  Medicine taken.  Yes.

    That's nice, what medicine are you taking? I am taking vicodan for my pain. It helps, but nothing stops it completely. I know you don't like the gym and I can "hear" the happiness in your journal!
