      Hi Everyone, I have had real weight gain issues since i started to take medication for Depression and panic attacks. I used to be medium build and happy but now its got to the stage where i can't even bear to look at myself in the mirror. Because of this my self confidence has been shot to pieces and i feel like crap and always feel tired. Looking for some inspiration from fellow members that will help me get on track so i can feel better about myself.

      I currently walk 2 miles every evening before i eat dinner and limiting my total fat intake to below 30grams per day and am losing about 4lbs a week

We have plenty of ups and downs and sibling rivalry.

We have plenty of ups and downs and sibling rivalry.
