I'm very itchy today and my skins sore and red. Using damp flannels and drinking lots of water. The itching is driving me nuts. Am trying not to scratch but not suceeding. Think my skin may be infected as it is very red, sore and hot.

Sorry to hear that you are sore. That is the worst part isnt it when it is so itchy and hot. You try not to itch it but by itching it, it takes alot of the pain away for a few moments then it starts again. This brings back so many memories. What medication are you taking at the moment. Keep smiling.
