Well today i'm feeling a bit better. The betnovate and dermavate steroids along with the gloves seem to be working on my body and hands. Also the cyclosporin increase and antihistamines are helping. Constantly moisturising which is a bit of a pain but i know it needs to be done. Had a couple of panic attacks yesterday but feeling a bit better this morning. Managed to get some sleep. Able to wear light clothing as my skin feels a bit easier. These flair ups make me appreciate when my skin is okay and i'm determined when i get this flair up under control i'm going to make the most of life :-)
