About Me
I am 46 years old with two wonderful boys that are 15 and 17 years old. I served as a pilot for 12 years as a Marine Corps Officer and now I'm with Fire Rescue. My wife of 22 years who will be 50 in Jan just decided she wasn't happy and wanted to do other things with her life. One of those things included having an affair which she continues to deny. I am devastated by the loss of my wife that I was faithful to and cared for so much. I don't know where to go from here. Just looking for hope.
Interests
All kinds of outdoor fun. Fishing, diving, Hunting, Bike riding, exercising. I like to travel and experience new things. I love to read, watch movies, spend time with my boys or just relax by the pool and share some adult conversation which I am now lacking due to the loss of my wife.

Close Breakups & Divorce
After 22 year together my wife wanted out of our marriage because she didn't know if she was happy or what she wanted to find to make her "joyous." I'm sure the guy from work she cheated with didn't help things. She changed so quickly I'm still in shock.
Treatments
- Al-Anon Considering
- Haven't gone but I should because of her drinking problem.
- Couples Counseling Not Working
- Didn't work. She wasn't willing to try and work things out.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- Helps with all the questions I have but doesn't get rid of the pain from the loss.
- Support Groups Considering
- Haven't tried this either but considering it.
