Im an alcoholic. Still fighting thru the early days of recovery.
Treatments
- 12 Step Program Working / Worked
- Working thru a 12 step manual titled "The 12 steps, A spiritual guide to healing damaged emotions" with my Pastor. Similar to the AA 12 steps but more Christ centered.
- AA Meetings Working / Worked
- Just began attending AA meetings, makes an amazing difference to my mind set to be in fellowship with others who understand me and the temptations I face.
- Antabuse Working / Worked
- I don't take these regularily, but use them when I am putting myself in a situation where I will be srtrongly tempted, ie. parties.
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- Its a day by day thing.
- Prayer Working / Worked
- Here by the grace of God.
