Started Xanax XR this morning. So far things seem to be going well. We will see how the rest of the day goes.
Had and awful day yesterday. Problems at work that nearly sent me over the edge, but I managed to hang on and get through the day. But, I was exhausted and my neck and upper back hurt from the tension. And I had a whopper of a headache.

So far I have not had any problems today. It is now 1 p.m. and I took the Xanax XR 5.5 hours ago. Hopefully this will continue.
