Tuesday..okay today but I am on nights. My INR levels are better at 2.2 so that is good and I feel much happier with that result. Enjoying the sunshine and trying to get my Eczema out in the sunshine to help it. So itchy then so red. Hate it big time.

The sun is lovely down here in Wiltshire, Been to Stonehenge today with the kids as we have had a really terrible weekend with the loss of a dearly loved friend and I needed to get out.
And tonight I am going to see a medium, I see Sheila once a year and she has never disappointed. Can't wait.

Sal, how did you get on with the medium. I am really into this. I went to see Colin Fry the other week with my mum. he was really good. by the way your age is showing as 14 !!!! ha ha (you wish eh)
