Well, the great feeling is slipping away, but that's OK. I savored every moment yesterday. This has happened numerous times in the past, so I'm used to the ups and downs. My doctor also said he had read that it takes some people 5 years to get over it. Maybe its like Prairie said, 7 years. I got over the 7-year itch in marriage, and hopefully I will get over this mess. The reason I had such a good day yesterday was due to Prairie's support and Jana6827's profile photo (not the one with the chimp). Thanks to both of you.

Darrell I look forward to getting to know you. I lost my dear sweet Jewell July 2003. She was a great help to me doing the beginnign of my very nasty divorce. I still miss her. I am lucky in the fact I now have two wonderful cats who love me and who I adore. Miss Lilly and Miss Shadow. I have pics of them on my home page if you want ot look. so sorry about the West Nile thing. I know very little about it. I pray that God will be watchign over you. Thanks for requesting to be my friend.

Awwwwwwwww, how sweet! And you aren't going to loose this WN buddy! We're all a little looney, aren't we?? I loved Jill's Diaz avatar, too! I told her I thought it was giving me a complex but it did remind me that my boys need new underwear so it was okay! You'll get through this and come out stronger in mind, heart, and spirit on the other side. Just think of how you look at life and the 'good' days differently now. Think of how much you will enjoy, savor, appreciate, notice, etc., etc., when you are all well that you may never have if you hadn't been bit by that bleepin' mosquito. I know my life is forever changed because of it. In many ways for the better. Really, how many people have ever cried with joy because they could finally load the dishwasher??!! I know that you will take note of all those little victories and rejoice in them. Then all you will need to do is make sure that you don't forget. I never want to forget. Hugs and love to you!
