Hi! No, I haven't taken the tests yet and am still waiting on this lawyer to send me forms. I'm thinking about trying a different lawyer closer to home. Arbitration is a joke and am not too worried about it. I only been behind with my CC's for about 3 months now. They usually do not come after somebody that quick so I feel I still have time. I also know how I can stall for more time if they attempt arbitration. When filing bankruptcy, it is still up to the judge whether he will listen to your creditors arbitration garbage. However, bankruptcy usually stops arbitration in its tracks. I hope everything else is going good for you!! Have a good week!
