I'm married with two daughters in college. The older is a senior in New York. The younger is a freshman in Kentucky who will probably transfer to a university in New York next year.
Interests
I teach middle school, write occasional articles for a faith based magazine, and love museums. The past few months I've developed quite a fondness for Diet Mountain Dew and sugar free dark chocolate.

Close Diabetes Type 2
I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last summer, but suspect I've had it for several years. I'm doing fairly well with controlling it with diet and exercise, but have experienced frozen shoulder for the last several weeks on my right arm, which is also beginning to occur in my left one. I'm a teacher, my husband is a counselor/pianist, and I have two daughters in college, one in NY and the other just a couple of hours away in Kentucky but who will transfer next year far away (sigh).
