Oh dear, just keep remembering, they even tell alcoholics, relapses are part of recovery. This may be something yoi fight the rest of your life, but doing your best and trying to find better ways to cope is what matters.
Oh and you can find guys who think your scars are beautiful. My boyfriend likes to call mine "character lines". ;-)
