Looks good! I find what works for me is not so much the "six small meals" (or 5) so much as three meals plus healthy snacks, like fruits, veggies, etc. when I start to get too hungry. But a lot of people like the small meal thing too, I guess. It's really about whatever works for you, so good for you for experimenting.
