Okay, today is a new day, the start of a new week, and I'm going for it. Maybe there is something to this grazing thing (5 small meals a day) i will atempt it and see what happens. Hopefully it will keep me from bingeing.

    Looks good! I find what works for me is not so much the "six small meals" (or 5) so much as three meals plus healthy snacks, like fruits, veggies, etc. when I start to get too hungry. But a lot of people like the small meal thing too, I guess. It's really about whatever works for you, so good for you for experimenting.
