I'm a disaster. I just freaked out saturday night and ate everything in sight, absolutely no restraint. I am VERY dissapointed in myself. I did okay yesterday but I have a lot to make up for. The worst part is that I didn't reach my goal of being out of the 150s. What's wrong with me, I was sooooo close. Now I have to work double time to reach my set goal of 10lbs by May 26th. I seem to do better with eating than I do with exercise (with the exception of this past Friday & Saturday). I guess I need to just dig deep and get motivated and work around the knees instead making excuses for them.
