So I did the elliptical and it went okay, but my knees still don't feel right. Soooo, I just read some good advice on my posted topic about it and will try to do exercises that don't require pressure on the knees, like leg lifts and the thigh machine and of course abs, arms, etc... I hope to be able to do lunges in about a week, but we'll see. And I guess I'll stick with the elliptical until they feel normal. I really want to slim the thighs and lose the cottage cheese on my butt and back of legs before my trip to Mexico, June 23. I've got 2lbs to go and I can say goodbye to the 150s, and it will be a FOREVER GOODBYE!!!! And I'm almost 1/2 way to my goal and have 2 weeks to lose the other 5lbs. I feel REALLY good about this, I know I can do it and it will be the RIGHT way. BIKINI here I come!!!!
