It's a simple day today. Went to the park, ate scones and corn on the cob-YUM!!! Came home, and went swimming. the water was cool-the air was hot-what a wonderful combination. I'm tired and I want a nap-but instead, I'm going to go change my clothes and go to a BBQ at the X brother in laws-what can I say, they like me, they hate the X.
I'm going to leave there, run to my dad's and make sure he has dinner. Then I'll run to my sisters. I do have an invite to go to the movies with some friends tonight-but I don't think that is going to happen. So. . . . .life is not always easy-but somedays it's simple.
And the divorce, the stress, the mean things he likes to say to me-doesn't stop me from living. Doesn't stop me from laughing or taking care of those that I love. So, since it's the Utah Independence Day Holiday-raise a root beer float and say-Hey! Happiness is just around the corner!!!
I hope that's true for each and everyone of us!!
