Friday, May 23, 2008 | A Frustrating story

Today not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Have taken 2mg clonopin, not helping one bit, am having anxiety and hyperventillation, my breathing techniques making it worse as i breath backwards.

Im going to wallmart to get refill.

When am i ever going to get better just for a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Im really getting sick of it, im trying so hard, i dont understand and have been waking up at 4.30am nearly all week now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Im tired and Fed Up!

I'm sorry you feel this way. I have all the members in my prayers. When I can't sleep I get on the internet, t.v. or I like doing styles on my hair, I know it is not easy. Don't worry, we all go threw these things you are not the only one. You will heal it just takes a little of patience and time. Hugs.
