| Breathwork (Working / Worked) Anything to do with breathing sends me into anxiety and hyperventilation. | |
| BuSpar (Not Working) Did not help at all. | |
| Klonopin (Somewhat Helpful) Helps a little. | |
| Positive Thinking (Working / Worked) Begining to help. | |
| Self Help (Working / Worked) Am working very hard on all self help skills its begining to work.Im hoping to be med free within a year. | |

| Bipolar Disorder |
| I have had deppression, GAD and am suspect Bipolar although i dont think i am. | |

| Ativan (Not Working) Worked wonderfully the first week but then it just stopped working | |
| Geodon (Not Working) Geoden was awful, have spent week in bed with headache, vommitting and have been majourly volitile.
My anxiety is very high right now and nothing helping. | |
| Lamictal (Not Working) Has now stopped working | |
| Seroquel (Not Working) did not help at all.
felt out of it, like legs were going to buckle. | |
| Zyprexa (Not Working) did not work, took for anxiety. | |

| Personality Disorders Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) |
| It has been suggested i have personaility disorder, im not sure i do, i dont understands the symptoms or how my doctor came to that dissission. Any feed back would be welcome. | |

| Talking (Somewhat Helpful) I have genralised axiety disorder, deppression, suspect bipolar.
I am am on lamictal, cymbalta, ativan and ambien, work well, the ativan really helps with the anxiety.
I was diagnosed with GAD and deppression 11yrs ago and have had problems on and off every couple of yesrs with it, this last spat has now lasted a year and is still going. | |
