About Me
I am doing soo great! A huge improvement since I joined the ds family last July. This site has helped me tremendously and I am not on as often as I like, but that is a great thing because I am excited about new beginings and my next chapter in the book of life. My daughter just graduated from HS and is going off to college in the fall. I am interviewing for part time or full time. Preferably part time due to wanting to spend time with kids and do some traveling. Back to playing tennis, going out with friends, starting to date, moving out of my parents house and finally out on my own to St. Charles, IL. I use to live in the next town over when I was married. It is beautiful and I have alot of friends there and most of all my kids are there! I am so excited I cannot take it! Life is good......Learning life is filled with ups and downs and as long as I have my faith and my family and friends I will be fine. I have conquered some of my demons and am ready to move on! Yey for me~!
Interests
Being with my kids, walking, dancing, playing tennis. Getting together with friends. Watching my kids play sports. Eventually having a fun, loving, relationship with a new man. Reading. Now that I will have a pool at my new place, those trashy romance novels would be good. Hah. Would like to empower woman of domestic violence since I became a victim myself in my marriage. No physical. Well he pushed me once. I think the verbal and emotional are worse. The scars run deep. Time heals all wounds.

Have a good time. And for what it's worth, I think the live show will always be better. I haven't seen the movie yet and I'm actually looking forward to it, but nothing can match the energy of a live show. By the end, the audience was standing and dancing when I went. It was great. :)

I felt in my gut something was wrong, here are my signs. He kept his cell phone locked, he went out with the guys and his friends more then ever taking me out. He never showed me his paystubs, just gave me the deposit slips. We stopped having sex the last couple of years in our marriage. Cell phone bill was in his name only. Once I noticed calls to the country Columbia. He denied it. Saying it was a mistake. He made these calls when he was out of town with our son on a hockey trip.

I recently got out of an emotionally, financially, and psychologically abusive marriage. We were married for 17yrs. and together for 20. It was very hard for me because outside of the home my ex was very well liked. He is also very cute and friendly. I filed for divorce more then once and did not go through with it. The longer I stayed, the more he set me up to get screwed in the end. He convinced his whole family that I was crazy. I finally divorced him.

Open Child Support & Custody
Went through a painful divorce and due to not working and falling into a depression I didn't get residential custody. I am much stronger now and want my 15 yr. old son back. My ex lied perfusively through the divorce and denied alcohol and going out all the time. I am the better parent. Learned that dads have as much rights as mothers.
