I am married (37 years), 3 sons, ages 36, 32 & 30 and 4 grandchildren (1 girl 3 boys). The only family members still living at home other than my husband and myself are our 2 little dogs, Jasmine and Cosmo. I am disabled due to a car accident 5 years ago which left me with severe back and neck problems, along with fibromylagia, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, TMJ, etc. but our two little furry friends give me a lot of company and love.

Thank you for your reply to my post. I saw my dad a few weeks before he died and I know I shouldnt feel guilt, The last thing I said to him was I love you! As for the ashes, my sister went to collect them yeasterday and me and my uncle will scatter the at the end of september in Scotland with his brothers ashes. I think thats what he would have wanted.
My mother 85 years old was diagnosed with breast cancer January 2007. She had a masectomy Jan.15. Believe it or not she was still working full time on the 3pm to 11pm shift at the hosipital. She returned to work & everything was going great until Easter Sunday, when she thought she had a stomach virus. After taking her to the doctor the next day, he decided to do an ultrasound of her gallbladder. What came back was not gallstones but cancer lesions all through the liver. She died June 1, 2007.
I was diagnoised with fibromyalgia 2004 after a car accident December 2003. Before the accident, I was living life to its fullest with family & working 40 hrs. a week. July of 2004, my condition became so bad, I filed for diability. After searching so long for a cure that had not only put me in a state of depression, & anixety & panic attacks, I stopped looking for this so called cure. I am now looking for ways to cope with this condition and begin living again in a different way.
