    About Me

    I am 62 and was diagnosed with lupus two years ago. Skin irritations are my worst problem. My scalp breaks out the worst and some on my arms and legs and neck. It is very painful and frustrating. Does anyone else out there have a skin problem like this?

      hey there sweetie...I need to give you a big hug & let you know that you are not alone...I'm new on this site...only a few weeks but I have made some friends & can share the luv cause it will benefit all of us....positive thinking....power in that....my lupus is similar to yours....boil some rosemary leaves in water & cool it...strain it then apply to your scalp...it works for me...LOTSA LUV fr: Donna

      I have lupus and skin problems are my worst symptoms. I am thankful for that, but it is painful and it is every day, it is very seldom calm. My scalp feels like it is on fire.

      Treatments

      Prednisone Working / Worked
      Predisone always helps but I cannot stay on it all the time.
      Lodine Working / Worked
      Helps inflammation
