About Me
My husband and I have been married for 8 years. Our son Bryan is 7 years old. We finally had success after 4 years of trying once again to have another baby, well after 3 miscarriages we welcomed baby #2, our princess Peyton who is already 5 months old. I couldn't be happier.
Interests
My family always comes first then it is a tie between my friends and my wine (although drinking wine with my friends is the best)....My husband and son race motorcross (so of course I love it too), and what kind of girl would I be if I didn't love the color pink and shopping.

Close Infertility, Secondary
I have a 7 year old son who took 1 year to conceive while on Provera. My husband and I tried again for 4 years, in the last 3 of the 4 years we had 3 sucessful pregnancies through IUI along with nightly shots. Unfortunately all 3 resulted in miscarriage. In the 3rd year I was diagnosed with PCOS and was put on Metformin. My doctor has told me he has no doubt we will have a sucessful pregnancy. He was right!
Treatments
- Clomid Working / Worked
- resulted in 1 miscarriage
- In Vitro Fertilization Considering
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- I believe this is what helped me carry my now 9 day old daughter to term.
- Metformin Working / Worked
- sucessful in getting pregnant with baby 2.
Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
I have been disgnosed with PCOS after 3 years of secondary infertility. I'm now on Metformin 2 times a day while taking Clomid and HcG shots. I have done many other fertility procedures that resulted in miscarriages as well. I hope I'm on the right track now to having another baby to add to our family.
Treatments
- Clomid Working / Worked
- Used previously, pregnancy resulted in miscarriage. Since being diagnosed with PCOS, I'm now on Insulin, with Clomid and HcG shots.
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Working / Worked
- It served it's purpose.
- Metformin Working / Worked
- I feel I conceived and remained pregnant with my daughter with the help of Metformin
- Progesterone Working / Worked
- Helped me stay pregnant by keeping my levels where they were suppose to be.
Open Infertility
Type: Ovarian IssuesTreatments
- Artificial Insemination Working / Worked
- Tried it with Fertility drugs and it worked. Tried it without fertility drugs and had no luck.
- Clomid Working / Worked
- Got grenant on my own with Clomid, unfortunately it resuled in miscarriage. Try Clomid once again, since being diagnosed with PCOS, along with the use of Insulin & HcG.
- Follistim Working / Worked
- Used several times, got pregnant twice with Follistim & IUI.
- In Vitro Fertilization Considering
- Thinking of possibly trying this procedure along with Insulin, Clomid & HcG. My only fear is if it does not work, then what.

after 4 years of secondary infertilithy my husband and I just welcomed our second child a precious little girl...our son is already 7 years old so it feels as though we are starting over, but we could not be happier than we are now that we are a family of 4.
