I came home from Weight Watchers and noticed I sounded a little hoarse. My husband told me I hadn't been drinking enough water. I immediately drank a 16.9 oz. bottle and my voice cleared up. He said to be sure I drank, at least, 4 bottles a day. I even slept better last night, but I took 2 and went to bed at midnight.
Gotta get busy and do something.
