Thanks for your thoughts. I'm at work right now and don't really have anyone I can share what I'm going through with. I work for the Railroad with a bunch of men - for those who smoke I pass them and I can smell it now. Geez...is that how I used to smell? We'll get through this and smell pretty again.

I smoked for 34 1/2 years. I have been smoke free for 6 days, but still need all the help I can get.

- still using, but am crawling the walls
Close Anxiety
I am hyper thyroid due to Graves diseas. This disease often brings on high anxiety. It is horrible but the beta blockers help.
Open Graves' Disease
Dx with graves in 2005. I am sure that I have had it for many years before Dx. I have not found decent medical care as of yet. I am exhausted always, struggle with anxiety, high BP, and have some eye involvement
