Close Miscarriage
Miscarried at 8 weeks after a successful IVF cycle. We found out on July 4 that we were pregnant...a dream come true! My first pregnancy. And that beautiful little heartbeat at 6w...pure joy. Then the baby was gone when we went for our "exit" visit to the fertility clinic. Still reeling from the loss. Had a D&C which brought a strange sort of relief, but the sadness and disappointment still overwhelm me. Hoping for courage and strength as we continue our path toward having children.
