Hope you have a great weekend!
Have a wonderful and relaxing weekend my friend. It doesn't feel like fall here. It has been in the 90's here all week. It was cooler here before it turned to Fall.
Hi Allyson - I am trying HRT and feeling better already (been a couple of weeks) - Hang in there!
Hi allyson :) Well, I'm giving it a try. If it balances me out and gets me to where I need to be, then sobeit :) It's a small dose and so far, so good. I started a group on anxiety, positive thinking and choices if you ever want to join, let me know. Lots of great positive info. on there. Take care :) LeAnne

I am 45 and have had blood tests to confirm that I have started into the menopause. The only thing that is causing a problems is mood swings and a black cloud that decends on me for any upto the entire month at a time. I have been prescribed prozac (but not used it), I have tried Agnus castus, and evening prim. but neither have helped. I have discussed HRT but don't really want to go down that route. Does anyone have any suggestions to help with the emotional side of menopause?
