Hello Enid: How are you doing. I have been off the internet for a while because I've been having to work a lot, but I have not forgotten my ds friends and I continue to pray for you daily. Yesterday would have been my husband's birthday and though I had a quiet day, I missed him a lot. Also, soon will be the one year anniversary of his passing and I've been deluged with thoughts of this same time last year. I am coping thanks to my faith in God and his help, I am very grateful that I feel so strongly that my husband's spirit is always with me, otherwise it would be unbereable. How are you doing? I just stopped taking the lexapro a few days ago and I am doing okay without it. It was really helpful for me. I hope you are well. Let me hear from you when you get a chance. Love always, Vivian

I have been fighting a cold for weeks...finally feeling better! Try journaling..it really does help your mood..something to do even when we don't feel like doing it! Hugs
