About Me
I am a semi-retured teacher. I still "sub" at a Charter School where I had worked full time. I lost the love of my life on April 10, 2007 quite suddenly. We were married for 46 years and faced many challenges together, but it is the sudden loss that is so devastating. I couldn't even say "goodbye."
Interests
I used to like to read and visit interesting places. But, I haven't even watched TV in the 3 mo's. since he's been gone. He used to like me to read to him in the evening (his eyesight was getting poor from diabetes). I don't have any interest now in reading. The books are still unread.

Close Bereavement
Type: Loss of a Partner/SpouseLost husband suddenly Apr. 10, 2007. A medical foul-up, I feel.
Treatments
- Crying Working / Worked
- After 3 mo's and oceans of tears, it does help to release the pressure, but it is so draining.
- Prayer Working / Worked
- After a lot of introspection and looking into my own heart, I have arrived at my own "truth," and I have been able to start praying with more coviction and acceptance.
