I totally am with you on the panic attack thing. I went to the ER about 5 times literally feeling like I couldn't breathe and they actually found the clots in my lungs were gone. I've always had anxiety but never had anxiety attacks like this. I take Xanex which helps me quite a bit. Hang on there!

Close Pulmonary Embolism
Hey, i was diagnosed with a PE just over a month ago & have been taking warfarin since. finding it quiet hard in that i suffer panic attacks & when i do i'm so worried its another blood clot as symptoms similar that it makes painc attack worse! anyway, feel a bit of a hypocondriact & just wanted to chat with people out there experiencing silimar health probs! x

Hey there, for as long as i can remember now i've suffered from panic attacks which have got worse more recently as i was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. so now if i start to have a panic attack i'm so worried that its another blood clot which makes me panic more, to the point where i cant get through a day without one now & nights are just the worst when i lay there with it all buzzing through my mind!! hope theres other people out there like me!!!
