Trying to make it day to day. Don't want to get down and don't want to go too far up. Been having social anxiety lately. This really sucks. One more thing to add to my resume.
Interests
Interested in making friends that give a shit and will stick around through all of it. Most people come on these sites to talk and have "internet friends" that they will never see in person. Everyone is afraid of each other. So sad.

Close Bipolar Disorder
Had depression and anxiety issues starting around ten. Started getting more severe in twenties then peaked in my thirties and diagnosed BP.
Treatments
- Abilify Somewhat Helpful
- Used this in the beginning of my illness. My mind was so out of it that they had to change it to haldol.
- Depakote Working / Worked
- I have used this since becoming sick. I am on this and an antidepressant at the moment. It is keeping me stable for the moment.
- Geodon Working / Worked
- This seemed to work well while I was on it.
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- I would do this after hospitalizations. It really helped me.
- Haldol Working / Worked
- Used at the beginning of illness. I used for a couple months and it started making me walk funny and I was a zombie. After complaining to my Dr. he changed my meds.
- Tryptizol Not Working
- I had 10 treatments in 1 month. I hated it. I have no memory of April 2005.
- Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
- I was happy but had no sex drive.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Has been working well for me for a few years now.
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- The first time I used it I loved it. The second time I used it I gained 40 pounds so I made my Dr. take me off.
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- I would get a shot in my booty once a month. It kept me sane. But all I did was sleep and eat. I gained 40 pounds. I couldn't take it and made my dr. take me off.
- Ativan Working / Worked
- My doc gives me 15 pills at a time to use sparingly for panic attacks. Its very addictive.
Close Infidelity
Husband had an affair while I was in a deep depression for 8 months. We had therapy once a week for a year. I have forgiven him in a way but I will never forget it or be able to trust him again. I miss trusting him.
Treatments
- Couples Counseling Working / Worked
- Our therapist was wonderful
- Forgiveness Somewhat Helpful
- I try to forgive him but it is sooooo hard.
- Leave Somewhat Helpful
- I moved out for 6 months after I found out. I did discover that I wanted him in my life more than I wanted him out of it.
