 Our love was like a seed that had just been planted,

Ready to grow.

Unknown at the time,

Before

Days were the darkest grey,

Unimaginable mental agony turning physical,

By this life,

By me.

Everyday the same as the last,

I was counting down the days to my departure from this life.

Trying but not succeeding before, bound to end the pain I was in.

Then you rose into my life

Like a promised sunrise.

Brightening my days with just the light in your soul

And the softness of your eyes.

Thinking I was going to go “SPLAT!” to the ground,

Unimaginable.

Unforgettable.

As time went by,

Consummating our love at first,

Too fast.

Not too bad.

Bliss.
