well my good day, just went down hill! He just called me, and said that he would be renting out his moms condo, and since he would be doing that, he would not be able to pay the whole, house payment, and I have to come up 600.00 this month to make the house payment, I could,just kill him, its not my fault he ran up his credit cards,  and now the payments are out of his reach, and it sucks that now I have to pay for it!  I have no choice but to go and file, and sell the car of his that my mom owns, (the one he is building) to get money, so I can get a place of my own with the kids, he can have this house, I dont want it, nor can I afford  it, so I guess this is my sign , that it is time to move on,   He said that, he feels this is over,  and I guess it is, it hurts like hell, but it is time,  since the house is unsell able,  we will go to a medator and not to a laywer, he will be reposnable for his debit, and I will be for mine, and he can have his car and boat, and I will get half his retirement, he wouldnt fight  me on that.  He wasnt to happy when I said I would sell that car, but how else am I going to find a place to live, I can but a down payment down on a place with that money, and  live  off the child support every month, and I can cover the rest / This just suck, I cant believe it is comming to this, how he could just mess up both of our lives and then just say goodbye.   But if this is the plan that is in store for me, then that is the path I will walk down, with my head held high, I did everything I could to save this, and it didnt work, so time to move on!!!!!
