Type: Loss of a ParentMy dad was diagnosed with cancer 5 weeks ago and it was to late for him to be treated he died on the Sept 26. I was very very close to him and is was a great shock to be told it was gone to far to be treated. I know he did not suffer in the final days and he went peacefully, i just dont know why i am feeling the way i do, i went to see him in the chapel of rest to try to accept he has gone but it was not him in my mind, is it normal to feel like he has not gone and to feel like i am cracking up

- Crying Too Soon to Tell
- Feel like i just can not cry properly
- Keeping Busy Somewhat Helpful
- I feel like this is blocking it out
