My days gone from ok to horrible in th case of a few hours. My mate just rung me and i was talking to her boyfriend and he said congradualtions and i started crying! and he was like ong shes crying what did i do! Its not his fault he didnt realise he would upset me. Its just so hard

Could also be cuz of your crazy hormones going through your body. At the beginning of my pregnancy, I cried and cried for no reason at all, at every little thing. And I didnt even know why I was crying.
Its ok, it will get better and were always here if you need someone to talk to, or cry too. Hope things get better. take care.
