      Diagnosed with fibro about 9 years ago. For me the worst part is the fibro fog.

      Treatments

      5-HTP Working / Worked
      Started taking about a month ago, really seems to be helping.
      Heat Working / Worked
      My heating pad and a cup of hot tea are a couple of my favorite things.

      Have had fibromyalgia and thought my problems were from that but the more I read and learn, I am starting to get convinced that menopause is the real culprit
