Close Anxiety
I have been suffering from Anxiety for as long as I can remember. I always seemed to be an anxious child and can remember so many sleepless nights and worry.
Treatments
- Celexa Somewhat Helpful
- This treatment has been helpful up to lately where my progress seems to be slowing down, the tablets are not stopping panic attacks and I haven't been sleeping so well.
- Valium Working / Worked
- Although I'm prescribed 2mg up to 3 times a day to be taken when needed, have found that 2mg puts me out for the count so I have tried half a tablets and it works for me
Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have been diagnosed with depression for approx 5 years how long i was suffering before that I don't know, it sort of crept up on me, I knew that I didn't feel ok but thought I needed to pull myself together.

- This seemed to work for quite a while but now I don't seem to be moving forward.
Open Phobia
I know this sounds crazy but i have a real fear of raisins and have for quite a few years, i have never met anyone else with this i can't even listen to marvin gaye's heard it thru the grapevine as it was used in a raisin advert. sounds ridiculous i know
Open Obesity
I have just worked out my BMI and I can't believe that it is 48! I know I need to lose weight and have for years, where do I begin my? willpower is at an all time low - help!!!

- I took Orlistat but I was working shifts and didn't eat at regular times so i found it incredibly hard to take properly so didn't get the desired results

Open Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Was diagnosed with PCOS years ago, at the minuet I'm not having any specific treatment apart from Dianette. I do have weight issues because of it.
