My divorce was final in October 2007. I am Mom to a 17yr old girl and 14yr old son. They are fantastic kids who weathered the divorce storm very well. My daughter is a talented artist who will be studying art in college. My son is a talented musician who plays drums and bass guitar. My divorce was a horrible experience that I have chosen to turn into a positive. I was forced to take a different path in life and in doing so I have grown tremendously both spiritually and emotionally. I believe that we must live our lives in the most positive and uplifting manner that we can. We control our thoughts and our thoughts dictate the kind of life we will lead as well as the type of people we will attract. My life will be one of happiness and prosperity. No other alternatives will be considered. It has taken me a year to get over the breakup of my 22 year marriage and the betrayal and pain I experienced, but I have moved on. I am moving forward every day towards meeting my life goals and surrounding myself with loving and positive friends and family. I am an easygoing, loving, happy person who likes to have fun and laugh. I love humor and good conversation. I work in B2B sales, selling to company executives and my goal is to become completely independant of needing any support from my ex. The other girls in my life: I have a 12 year old chocolate lab named snickers and a 5 yr old calico cat named pepper. They are best friends.
I am a golf nut, a mountain biking enthusiast (single tracks), I looove music (mostly rock and alternative rock), Football (New England Patriots), Reading (psychology, self-help, mystery, literature, and yes, romance!) I enjoy cooking, I don't enjoy cleaning up, I am a creative person without an outlet for it! (working on that) more to come as they are discovered.....

Divorce was final in October 2007. I'm over the pain and hurt. I have moved on and am focused on my own success in life. I hardly think of my ex anymore, except when he hurts my kids. He tries, but is torn between our kids, his GF and their son, and working to support his 2 families. I don't envy them their life. I am really, truly happy to have this opportunity to start a new life. - a big change from how I felt a year ago!!
Moving forward after a 22 year marriage ended in divorce. I am now almost a year post divorce. I have 2 fantastic teens who are the light of my life.
