Living a Day in Grace
I forget this so often and I spend so much energy struggling when things aren't "perfect." I thought maybe it would speak to someone …
is feeling OK
It's Friday for me, as I don't work on Friday. Looking forward to the weekend!

I'm an HR professional, and recently returned to full-time work for a small, growing company. I also have my own Mary Kay business. I'm married, have three grown children, and one seven-year-old grandchild - also two crazy dogs - can't forget the fur babies! I'm spiritual but not religious, and I practice Buddhism as my faith/philosophy. I was attracted to the Eastern religions because of the emphasis on how you treat people. I believe nice matters, especially when the world is such a scary and uncertain place these days.
I love reading, politics, collecting miniatures, music, friends, family, and my dogs. I volunteer - mostly for things I can do on-line or on the computer, like moderating an e-mail list for another health-related support group, and occasionally other activities with non-profits when I'm up to it. I 'm also the organizer for a local fibro support group with almost 100 members.

Sending you a hug because it's been a while since we've touched bases. I pray you are well in mind, body, soul & spirit. Love & hugs - LJ
sending you lots of soft hugs and do be careful of the drivers. I've been getting pretty good on my 'pedal' bike - getting my balance back.
Hey Sue, when I read the thread topic "Black humor", I thought "what in the world...???" Lol, I know you are not that type of person. Let's just chalk it up to the good ole' fibro fog, eh? Oh & yes, the joke was funny!!!
Congrats on your first fulltime week! Take care of your body - love yourself - call on your core strength - pedal softly - enjoy today! Love and peace to you!!
Congratulations on your 1st week being over and done!! Don't be too hard on yourself - it's an adjustment to your body, and mind! Just take it easy this weekend. As time goes on it will become easier if you make sure you pace yourself as you go.
I'm 58, married, mother of three grown children, and have been dealing with fibro for about 15 years, probably more except that I didn't know and wasn't diagnosed.
