A Friend is a Treasure A friend is someone we turn to, when our spirits need a lift. A friend is someone we treasure, for our friendship is a gift. A friend is someone who fills our lives, with beauty, joy and grace. And make the world we live in, a better and happier place

Close Anxiety
I've had anxiety since childhood. In 2007 I began to experience panic attacks and went through five months of feeling like I couldn't breathe. I've never felt so debilitated in my life as I have this year.
Treatments
- Clonazepam Working / Worked
- Of course it works, it's a benzo. Takes the edge off.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Too Soon to Tell
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Love it.
Close Insomnia
My insomnia started when I was 4-5 years old. It progressed such that when I was 19 I was awake for 10 days and hospitalized. I am completely dependent on medication to sleep, which scares me to death. Insomnia is a very isolating experience.
