I am still in that rut of knowing I have to do something and still somewhat unwilling to try something new. I was going to sign up for weight watchers online today and realized there was still food in the fridge I wanted to eat before I started a diet. How crazy is that. Maybe tomorrow I will have the strength to start. I hope not many tomorrows go by before I get back on track or I might not have many tomorrows left at all. There are things I would like to do in this life. Wouldnt mind hearing from anyone who has some encouragement to offer.

Hello everyone. I'm sorry I haven't been on in so long. I've been way off my eating plan and have basically given up. That's kinda my MO. I work hard and lose a good amount of weight then something happens to stress me out and I fall off the wagon and end up throwing the whole thing down the toilet. I've gained back all my weight and then some. I'm having alot of trouble getting the motivation to start again. I'm feeling like I need to try some kind of a commercialized plan or something. I don't trust myself to come up with my own plan. Anyway, if any of you have any words of wisdom or support, I'd love to hear it.

Alot has been going on lately. My son is now able to come for weekend visits and was able to visit twice during spring break. My daughter and son in law moved in with me and my daughter is ready to deliver twins any day now. Then out of the blue I get a notice from disability that they are approving me for disability. I thought I was going to have to wait another year for a hearing but they reviewed their info and decided to approve me. Of course I wont get anything for 3-4 months but I'm cool with that. That's a whole lot less suffering I'll have to go through. Also my book is coming out. It's called Red, The Super Weiner. It is available through publishamerica.com for pre-order and will be for sale through Barnesandnoble.com and other major booksellers on may 12. I am excited. So God has been blessing me like crazy. Hang in there. I understand about waiting until there is some stuff you want to eat first. But that is the great thing about weight watchers you can eat whatever just make sure you count the points. If you bite it you write it. Meaning keeping a food journal.
