Am a semi retired nurse. Love reading and movies and animals. Married with one kidlet, who is homeschooled. Also have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a guenia pig, sorry can't spell. UPDATE: Pigger Bob has died and we now have another cat. So the new count is 2 dogs and 3 cats. :)
Interests
Reading, movies, Play Station rp games, camping, astronomy, messing with my telescope, pretending to fish with my hubby.

Close Bipolar Disorder
Diagnosed with biploar and PTSD about 6 months ago after life time of symptoms. Live in TX with hubby, kidlet, 3 cats, 2 dogs. Love God. And have too many hobbies, like reading, movies, Playstation, gardening, writing, counted crosstitch, cooking, and attempting to paint.
Treatments
- Tegretol Working / Worked
- This is the first mood med I have been on. I also eat right, get sleep, and exercise every day. Or at least try to :)
Close Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Was sexualy abused by stepfather from age 3. Mother emotionly abusive and abandonded me to grandmother. Grandmother physically abusive. And on and on it goes....
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- Spent 6 wks in a day hospital. I learn things I would have learned normally if i hadn't been trying to survive.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- Makes me want to eat all foods
Open Homeschooling
I have homeschooled our kidlet all of her schooling life. She is a high schooler now.
