Close Fibromyalgia
I have had fibro since 1992, diagnosed in 1994.
Treatments
- Acupuncture Not Working
- Hurt too bad, did not help the pain. Will never try it again.
- Cymbalta Not Working
- Didn't help the pain, gave me the worst side affects ive ever had from any med. Horrible and strange side affects.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- During the winter I use a heating pad, also use a heated mattress pad that I love during the winter. Helps when its cold outside
- Morphine Working / Worked
- Have been on Ms Contin for just over a year. So far this is the med. that has helped me the most. Helps the daily pain, but doesnt help flare ups.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- Take this at night to sleep, helps a ton.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- has helped the stress and anxiety
Close Twins, Triplets & More
I have 8 year old triplets. Not identical.
Open Chronic Pain
In constant pain 24-7. myofacialpain syndrome and fibro is the cause of all of this, then throw in stress.
Open Rheumatoid Arthritis
Have had R. Arthritis for over 10 years in my neck and back. Causing pain. Add in fibro, MFPS, and chronic pain, my pain level is too high on a regular basis. I am here to learn more about this and try to get some pain relief.
Open Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling)
My 8 year old daughter pulls her own nair in excess. I am here to learn more about this and to try and help her to stop doing this.
Open Sleep Apnea
Hubby has sleep apnia and has been sleeping with a C-pap machine, but its now causing him sinus and sleep issues. I am here to become better knowledgeable for him and this issue he is battling.
