Oh my, I have just laughed harder than I have in months thanks to a friend with a great email. Thank you. I literally had tears running down my face and my son had to come and see what it was all about, because I seemed to have lost the ability to speak for a few minutes. I really need to laugh more. That is my new New years resolution. To be started March 1st and continued through the next year. Laughter really is the best medicine, even though it is making my sides and my back hurt right now. A couple people have asked me what type of books my son likes. He likes everything. He has read all of the Harry Potter and several other young adult and kid series. Right now he's reading the 5th Artemis Fowl book and reading manga books and art books. He also draws and creates his own stories and creatures all the time. He has gotten me to read some of his favorite books and they are good. It is hard for me to read them because he gets so excited and tries to tell me what is going to happen and I hate that. I want to read for myself. I just wish that the used bookstore here that you can take books back to for credit was open when I have time to go there. It is closed only on my days off, so we never can get there together. The libraries have finally reopened- they were closed for several months- but we have yet to find time on Monday afternoon to actually just go there and borrow books. If they were open on Sunday that probably would have saved me a bit of money, but oh well, we all love books so it is a good investment. Still gf and doing well, I hope all my friends are too. Thank you all for being a part of my recovery and my life.

Laughing is the BEST medicine, a real laugh BELLY laughs are the best! Your son sounds so like mine, he just ate books while he was young, he has moved a bit to music now but I don't mind. He once told me that he would never be alone as he would always have his books. he is now a very good story writer as a result of so much reading and does very well in English, you sound like such a proud Mum and you should be - hugs Suzi
