Hey,
im feeling really ill today i went to the doctors this afternoon and hes given me some more medication. i had a complete break down this morning in work and i got sent home because i was in such a state ive been told that i need to try and relax this weekend and take things slow and my doctor wants to see me on monday to see if i am able to go back t work its not looking likely at the moment i just cant seem to calm myself down im really struggeling at the moment. i feel so worthless at the moment im really starting to lose any hope of getting better that i had everything is going wrong im such a mess i shouldnt be like this im 18 i should be enjoying life but i hate it
