Sounds like a good plan. It's best to lose it slowly. You can do it!

Endocrinologist put me on a 1588 calorie diet daily, but to walk one mile after each meal. Whew. Did good the first few days, slacked off and got the flu. Have not been able to do the walking, but started again last night. Raining here right now, so doc says pace back and forth in the house. But that walking is the best exercise. What are your choices of exercise?? I used to use Papaya Enzyme and you are right, it is helpful. Good Luck, you seem to have more stamina than I do...but I mean well and just keep "falling" so to speak. But get back up and try try again....I did it once before. I walked 5 blocks up and 5 blocks back and I was off the meds and my numbers kept falling...that was without any special diet, just keeping very active. You are right, it is all in the control of each one of us...we have to do it ourselves, no one can do it for us....Thank you for the inspiration chipchip...
